Role Overview :

As a Tech Lead - Frontend, you will spearhead the development and architectural strategy for our core web platforms. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into high-performance, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.

Working closely with product managers, backend engineers, and design teams, you will ensure that our frontend ecosystem remains modular, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices. Your contributions will directly influence the end-user experience, ensuring seamless interaction and optimal performance across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain scalable frontend frameworks to support the company's evolving product roadmap and long-term technical goals.

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to deployment, ensuring high code quality and performance standards.

- Mentor junior developers by conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in component-based architecture and state management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate complex backend APIs into intuitive, responsive UI components.

- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a fluid experience across various devices and browsers.

- Drive technical innovation by evaluating and implementing emerging frontend technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building complex, large-scale web applications using modern Javascript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Proven ability to design and implement modular UI components that enhance maintainability and reusability across multiple projects.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative design discussions.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Bangalore, balancing independent problem-solving with team-oriented delivery.

- A minimum of 7 to 9 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a track record of delivering high-quality production code.

- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance tuning, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
