Job Title: Hostess – Multipurpose Role

Location: New Delhi

Salary: 18,000 – 22,000 per month + Food

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Assist in front-of-house operations including guest queries and follow-ups
• Coordinate with service staff and kitchen to ensure smooth dining experience
• Handle guest complaints and provide prompt solutions
• Support in promotional or event activities as required
• Assist in light administrative tasks and maintaining guest records
• Perform any other duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and friendly attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual and reliable
