Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Operations Internship (B2C) role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support day-to-day tasks including operational planning, managing projects, and assisting in sales activities. Responsibilities will involve closely coordinating with various teams, interacting with customers, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring smooth execution of operations aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

Connect with newly onboarded and existing customers to provide product training and
assistance.
• Ensure smooth implementation of our software in housing societies.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate technical issues to the concerned teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for better retention and satisfaction.
• Monitor usage and collect feedback to improve service quality.
• Maintain operational reports and customer interaction records.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Should have own two wheeler with driving licence..
• Basic understanding of SaaS products will be an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and handle customer concerns with patience.
• Freshers welcome; prior experience in customer support or operations is a plus.
