PMO Governance & Project Audit Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

- Audit project documentation and execution against approved scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

- Maintain audit trails, compliance logs, governance dashboards, and project health reports.

- Participate in risk reviews and contribute to mitigation planning from a delivery assurance perspective.

- Monitor adherence to project lifecycle processes, delivery frameworks, and organizational governance standards.

- Track project performance metrics and identify gaps in compliance and execution.

- Collaborate with Project Managers, PMO teams, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and process adherence.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to governance processes and controls.

Required Skills :

- 35 years of experience in Project Auditing, PMO Governance, Delivery Assurance, or Project Controls within a technical environment.

- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, scope control, delivery frameworks, and governance practices.

- Experience auditing project documentation, schedules, risks, and deliverables.

- Hands-on experience maintaining compliance logs, audit records, and executive dashboards.

- Exposure to risk reviews, issue tracking, and mitigation planning.

- Excellent analytical, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- PMP Certification

- PRINCE2 Certification

- CMMI Associate/Auditor Certification

- Experience in technology, engineering, software, or IT delivery environments.
