Competency Requirements

Technical/ Functional

• Proficient in Electrical/ Electronic automotive vehicle system.
• Knowledge of vehicle powertrain and the interfaces arising out of electrification.
• Knowledge about automotive industry standards and regulations, applicable globally.
• Having thorough knowledge in electronic parts, assemblies & its processes.
• Good understanding of all applicable standards/ regulations and their application
• Experience in quality systems of electronic components for automotive application CDI, ECU, voltage Regulator, sensors, digital instrument clusters (speedometers)
• Competition bench marking with similar parts, VA/ VE
• PFMEA
• Should have good engagement with Tier 1 & Semiconductor Manufacturing and distributors
