System Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled System Administrator with strong expertise in Linux and Kubernetes-based infrastructure. This is a crucial role for a professional who understands public cloud technologies and can implement DevOps best practices. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of IT infrastructure, ensuring robust and scalable systems, and providing sharp troubleshooting resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Linux and Kubernetes-based infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Apply strong knowledge of public cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, and Azure in daily operations.
• Manage and configure Kubernetes cluster architecture, including deployments, configuration, and ongoing management.
• Adhere to and implement DevOps best practices aligned with industry standards.
• Perform day-to-day Linux administration tasks efficiently.
• Utilize scripting and automation to streamline administrative processes and enhance system efficiency.
• Apply sharp troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system issues promptly and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:
• Formal education in Computer Science theory (B.E. / B. Tech. Comp Sci, MCS, MCA, CDAC).
• Certified Linux administrator and Kubernetes administrator certifications are an added advantage.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong experience in Linux and Kubernetes based infrastructure administration.
• Good knowledge of public cloud technologies like GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• In-depth understanding of Kubernetes cluster architecture, including deployments, configuration, and management.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation.
• Professional Skills:
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on smart resolutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven time management skills and the ability to work effectively under strict deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment; a self-starter mindset is essential.
