Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international customer queries professionally and courteously.
• Resolve issues and provide accurate information across various domains like Telecom, Insurance, and Retail.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
• Adhere to process guidelines and consistently achieve performance targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience:
• Freshers with excellent English communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in an international voice process is a plus.
• Education:
• 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream) are all eligible.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Willingness to work in rotational UK and US Shifts.
• Availability:
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Work Details

• Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA (in-hand: ₹17,000 to ₹49,000) + performance-based incentives.
• Schedule: 5 days working with 2 rotational offs.
• Shifts: You will be working in UK and US Shifts.
