Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to drive excellence across system administration, network and security operations, and infrastructure reliability. This role demands hands-on expertise, strategic oversight, and a passion for automation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Systems Administration Automation Spearhead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of servers across cloud platforms with diverse operating systems.
• Provide expert-level support for endpoint operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.
• Manage Entera systems and oversee strategic deployment of Group Policies.
• Drive automation initiatives using scripting and AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure system resilience through robust high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and oversee enterprise software licensing compliance.
• Lead patch management, software distribution, and driver updates across endpoints.
• Network Architecture Security OperationsArchitect and execute network solutions including Wi-Fi optimization and authentication troubleshooting.
• Design and manage firewall infrastructures, VPN configurations, and secure office wireless networks.
• Resolve compliance issues, eliminate policy conflicts, and enforce best practices across environments.
• Implement and maintain advanced security solutions
• Infrastructure Reliability MonitoringDevelop and maintain proactive monitoring and alerting systems to ensure infrastructure health.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and operational continuity.
• Configure alerts and correlate logs using SIEM tools; conduct regular compliance reviews. Be compliant with Organization compliance policies.
• Documentation Knowledge Management Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems, processes, and project implementations.
• Develop clear, user-friendly instructions and visual aids to support troubleshooting and onboarding.
• Maintain and update operational playbooks to reflect current practices and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT systems and network administration.
• Deep expertise in Entra, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on experience with networking and firewall technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.

Certifications (Preferred) :

• Microsoft Certified: MS-100 , MS-500 , AZ-500
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
• Microsoft SC-100 , MD-100 .
