Hiring: AVP – Practice Lead (Embedded Systems)

We are looking for a seasoned Embedded Systems Leader to drive innovation, delivery excellence, and strategic growth in engineering programs.

Role: Assistant Vice President – Embedded Systems

Experience: 15+ Years

Domain: Aviation / Aerospace / Oil & Gas (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end embedded systems design & development (C/C++, RTOS, Linux)
• Drive architecture decisions, system design & technical strategy
• Manage large-scale programs with P&L ownership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery, quality & timelines
• Bring in AI/GenAI adoption in engineering processes
• Ensure quality, validation, and compliance with industry standards
• Mentor teams and build strong engineering capabilities

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in Embedded Systems + Firmware Development
• Hands-on with C/C++, RTOS, Microcontrollers
• Protocols: CAN, SPI, I2C, UART
• Exposure to FPGA, system validation & test automation
• Experience in Agile & large program delivery
• Domain expertise in Aviation / Aerospace / Oil & Gas

Good to Have:

• IoT & GenAI integration
• Embedded cybersecurity practices
