Roles and Responsibilities
-Engage with patients and customers to understand their optical needs and preferences.
-Showcase our range of optical products such as contact lenses, spectacles, frames, glasses and assist customers/patients in selecting suitable eyewear.
-Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
-Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the optical department.
Desired Candidate Profile
-Any graduate with prior experience in counter sales/inside sales.
-Fresher with Good communication can also apply.
-Previous experience in optical sales is a plus.
-Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
