About the role

Give Grants' offerings (SaaS platform, services and solutions) are targeted at CSR decision makers in large Indian corporates - CSR heads, CSR leads, board members, and CXOs (founder, CEO, CHRO, CFO, head of corp comm). They are also targeted at large philanthropic foundations and other institutional participants in India's development journey.

You will be responsible for initiating new relationships, growing them and guiding the future direction of Give Grants to meet the sector's needs. You will also have a strong engagement with the delivery teams to ensure that their work aligns with the client's needs and is relevant. As a senior member of the Give Grants team, you will be a key contributor to future strategy definition and execution, and help position Give Grants as a thought leader within the CSR and institutional giving space.

The key responsibilities will be -

• A deep understanding of the India giving landscape, and its key players
• Ability to engage deeply with senior business leaders, and be a trusted advisor
• Develop effective solutions, and reflect them in proposals, pitch decks and collateral
• Position Give Grants as a thought leader through research, convenings and more
• Own the end-to-end relationship with CSR and foundation leaders, right from establishing contact to proposals to contracting and delivery.
• Engage actively on LinkedIn, industry events and convenings to expand our network of relationships and drive visibility for Give Grants

Profile:

• 15+ yrs of work experience. Past experience in senior roles with consulting firms, strategy roles in large corporate or CSR leadership roles will be highly preferred.
• Clear intent to be a part of the development sector. Prior experience in the sector is not essential. However, familiarity with CSR, nonprofits, foundations will be a strong positive.
• Comfort with a hands-on, fast-paced, high stretch environment is a necessary requirement. The role will require extensive travel, often at short notice. It will also need constant management of multiple priorities and workstreams.
• Advanced hands-on skills for excel PowerPoint, word and strong communication skills are essential
• Demonstrated history of engaging and influencing senior executives will be a strong positive.
• Strong comfort with LinkedIn, and with cold pings for new relationships.
