Assistant Officer

Job description:

• Accountability: ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & SA 8000 Implementation : Ensure effective and proper implementation of Environment, Occupational Health & Safety and SA 8000 Management Systems & facilitation for continual improvement.

• ISO 9001 Implementation : Ensure effective and proper implementation of Quality Management System & facilitation for continual improvement.

• WCM Implementation : Ensure effective and proper implementation of WCM practices in order to achieve the key focus areas of Quality, Cost, Delivery, Innovation and Productivity (QCDIP).

• Training : To design, organize and conduct training programmed on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SA 8000, WCM etc. for knowledge enhancement

• Award recognition & Motivation schemes: Various national /international awards on systems. Green Area development / Self Maintenance / Abnormality round / Model area and model equipment development etc. and track compliance status for the same to enhance Basic condition of the plant. New Visual updating in pant / Colony / Mines /TPP. Conduct and coordinate for Mass Communication Meeting.
