Analyst - Tool Administration

Description

Salesforce Administration:

• Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and automated workflows to streamline business processes.
• Monitor and resolve user issues, ensuring seamless access to Salesforce functionality.

Rocketlane Administration:

• Help manage Rocketlane setup, including project templates, workflow configurations, and user permissions.
• Assist in maintaining project visibility, ensuring that clients and internal teams are aligned throughout onboarding and project cycles.
• Support users by troubleshooting issues related to task management, document sharing, and collaboration features within Rocketlane.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure that the Rocketlane platform is used effectively for client-facing projects.

Jira Administration:

• Assist with the configuration of Jira projects, workflows, issue types, and screens to support team needs.
• Help manage user permissions and access controls in Jira, ensuring that data security and workflows are maintained.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira configuration, and work on integrating Jira with other tools (e.g., Salesforce or Rocketlane) as needed.
• Generate and support the creation of Jira reports and dashboards for internal teams.

Collaboration Support:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Assist with creating and updating documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and best practice workflows for Salesforce, Rocketlane, and Jira.
• Provide user support and training to help team members make the best use of the tools.

Qualifications:

Education Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Some experience, internships, or coursework in Salesforce, Rocketlane, or Jira administration is a plus.
• Familiarity with business applications and project management tools is beneficial.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of Salesforce administration (e.g., objects, reports, workflows).
• Knowledge of Jira administration (e.g., projects, workflows, permissions) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Rocketlane as a tool for onboarding or project management is desirable but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team.
