Must-Have Skills:

Expert in Python

AI Agents (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI)

LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Open-Source Models)

RAG Architecture & Vector Databases

Prompt Engineering

PyTorch / TensorFlow / Hugging Face

NLP & Semantic Search

FastAPI / Flask

Azure AI Services

Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD & MLOps.

Good to Have:

• Fine-Tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT)

• MCP (Model Context Protocol)

• Computer Vision

• Graph Databases

• Streamlit / Gradio / React.
