Site Supervisor Real Estate

Job Description

• Reaching site on time, should be available in case of emergency
• Receive plans for the day from site Engineer and ensure same is been executed.
• Maintain Daily Reports
• Daily Curing of RCC Members
• Maintain Stock register (eg. Cement etc)
• Maintain Petty cash
• Checking of columns / slabs (making a checklist for slab)
• Checking plum line level
• coordinating with project Architect, PMC, MEP & contractors
• Making Daily, weekly, fortnight & monthly plans
• Making bar chart and per chart
• Taking every 50 cubic meter or less cube of concrete and sending it for checking on it's due time
• Study the drawings and report mistakes to RCC consultant, Architect & MEP.
• Polite in communication with Architect, RCC consultants, MEP, BMC & Mhada Officers.
• AutoCAD – 3D & 2D drawing, building layouts
• Must be knowing Shore piling, building piling etc
