1. Good knowledge in UKG Kronos application (Kronos is a Workforce Management System)

2. 3+ year experience in managing Kronos system configuration change project with Dell Boomi

3. Work as a BA to manage the project life cycle for the Kronos system configuration project

a. Gather business requirement (handle BRD and Use case)

b. Design Kronos system change configuration (handle Design document)

c. Perform UAT (handle Test case)

d. Plan for Production deployment (handle rollout plan)

4. Work as a Kronos configuration consultant to design and perform system configuration change

a. (Must) Configure system change in key modules, such as Timekeeping, Accrual and Scheduling

b. (Prefer) Design Kronos Interface using the WIM tools

c. (Prefer) Configure Advanced Scheduling (Schedule Optimization module)

d. (Optional) Configure UKG Kronos mobile app setup including the attestation setup

e. (Optional) Build and modify Kronos Custom reports

f. (Optional) Configure Kronos timeclock device

g. (Optional) Build and modify Kronos Analytics reports
