Key Deliverables

• Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for multiple web/mobile products
• Develop and run automation test scripts aligned to agile sprints
• Collaborate with developers to define acceptance criteria and improve test coverage
• Support customer escalations with analysis and testing resolutions

Role Responsibilities

• Own test plans, test cases, and test execution
• Work closely with Customer Success and Development teams
• Monitor release readiness and present quality metrics
• Manage and mentor QA team members
