General Manager Manufacturing: Automotive/Electronics

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations ensuring adherence to production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Develop and execute strategic manufacturing plans to support business objectives
• Lead and mentor plant operations teams, driving performance and capability building
• Analyze and optimize workflows to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and product teams to support seamless operations
• Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, quality systems, and EHS standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Monitor performance metrics and present regular reports to top management
• Identify and implement innovative technologies and best practices in manufacturing
• Cultivate a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
