We are looking for a pragmatic futurist and business-savvy AI leader to redefine how enterprises operate in an AI-first world.

As Director – Agentic AI & Enterprise Transformation, you will lead the design, adoption, and scaling of Generative AI and Agentic AI ecosystems for our most strategic clients.

This role blends CxO advisory, hands-on architecture, and practice-building leadership, ensuring AI delivers real, measurable business outcomes across industries.

Experience & Expertise

• 18+ years in IT & architecture with progression from hands-on engineering (Java/.NET preferred)
• 5+ years in AI/ML, including 1+ year in Generative & Agentic AI
• Deep expertise in LLMs, SLMs, RAG, multi-agent orchestration
• Model fine-tuning experience: SFT, RLHF, LoRA / QLoRA
• Architect-level expertise in at least two hyperscalers: AWS, Azure, GCP

Enterprise Leadership

• Proven CxO advisory experience with Fortune 500 clients
• Strong background in MLOps / LLMOps, AI cost governance, compliance
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, Responsible AI practices
• Demonstrated success in mentoring teams and building AI practices

Good to Have

• Publications, patents, or open-source contributions in Agentic AI or LLMOps
• Conference speaking, panels, or recognized thought leadership
• Deep domain expertise in one or more industry verticals
• Experience with AgentOps, AI observability, model evaluation frameworks
