With over 27,000+ associates, it’s the largest software development center of Bosch, outside Germany, indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe and the Asia Pacific region. *Job Description* *Roles & Responsibilities : * * Lead the architectural design and implementation of enterprise-wide master data management solutions, aligning with Bosch's strategic business goals. * Define and enforce master data governance frameworks, standards, and best practices across various business units and technical platforms. * Drive the selection, evaluation, and integration of MDM platforms and associated data quality, data lineage, and metadata management tools. * Provide expert technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, guiding them through complex master data integration and migration projects. * Collaborate with key stakeholders across business and IT to translate complex business requirements into pragmatic and sustainable master data architectural solutions. *Qualifications* * Educational qualification : *B.E / B.Tech * Experience : * * Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in architecting and implementing large-scale Master Data Management (MDM) solutions in complex enterprise environments. * Deep expertise in various MDM domains (e.g., Product Master Data) andhands-on experience with leading MDM platforms (e.g., SAP S / 4 HANA). * Proven ability to define and implement data governance policies, data quality rules, and data stewardship processes. * Exceptional understanding of enterprise architecture principles, data modeling, data integration patterns and cloud-native data architectures. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, combined with strong leadership and communication skills. * Mandatory / requires Skills : * Architecting and implementing large-scale Master Data Management (MDM) solutions in complex enterprise environments Strong S / 4 HANA Technical skill AI tools and Skills with project implementation experience Managing cost,quality,delivery project experience * Preferred Skills : * SAP S / 4 HANA, AI skills and tools, Technical Project Management
