  • Actively counsels gym members to adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
  • Continuously motivates members to stay consistent and engaged in their fitness journey.
  • Improves member attendance by making regularity calls using FitnessForce software.
  • Conducts in-house competitions during peak hours to drive participation and motivation, when required.
  • Adheres to the zonal training system to ensure quality and structure in workouts.
  • Focuses on membership renewals through consistent engagement and follow-up.
  • Plans and organizes member engagement activities to enhance retention and satisfaction.
