Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Partner Support Executive to join our e-

commerce team. This role involves supporting vendors, sellers, and partners by resolving issues,

answering queries, and ensuring smooth operations on the e-commerce platform. If you enjoy

problem-solving and fostering positive relationships, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for partners (vendors/sellers) on the platform.
• Assist partners with onboarding, product listing, order management, and payments.
• Address and resolve partner inquiries and concerns promptly via phone, email, or chat.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Share platform updates, training materials, and tools to help partners succeed.
• Contribute to improving partner satisfaction and retention.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, customer support, or partner management is
• preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in using CRM or e-commerce tools.
• A customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport.
