About the Team :

The Andhra Communications Team is responsible for driving narrative alignment, content planning, political communication, public messaging, and coordination with leadership teams. As part of a rapidly expanding communications function, you will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, speed, and consistency across all communication outputs.

This team works at the intersection of political strategy, media insight, stakeholder coordination, and narrative execution, supporting on-ground and digital communication initiatives across Andhra Pradesh.

What Would This Role Entail?

Team & Operations Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team handling communication, coordination, and reporting workflows.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, task delegation, and performance tracking to ensure timely delivery.
• Implement structured review mechanisms, tracking systems, and operational processes.
