STP/ ETP/ RO/ WTP/ MEE

Roles and Responsibilities:

Plant Operation & Monitoring

• Operate and monitor Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems.
• Ensure continuous, efficient, and safe functioning of all water treatment processes.
• Monitor process parameters and water quality to meet regulatory and company standards.

Water Quality Testing & Compliance

• Conduct routine sampling and basic testing, including pH, TDS, DO, BOD, COD, and other relevant parameters.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company SOPs.
• Report abnormalities promptly to supervisors or engineers.

Maintenance & Equipment Handling

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on pumps, blowers, dosing systems, and other plant equipment.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for major repairs or equipment replacement.
• Support installation, commissioning, and calibration of plant systems.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate logs of operations, chemical usage, and equipment performance.
• Prepare reports as required by plant management and regulatory authorities.

Safety & Environmental Compliance

• Follow all safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE, and adhere to company EHS policies.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and dosing of chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the plant area.
