Senior Hardware Designer

Position : Senior Hardware Designer

Experience : 3- 7 years

Work Location : Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore

Work Mode : work From Office

Interview : Telephonic + Virtual + Final F2F Interview

Key Responsibilities

 Design and develop analog & digital hardware circuits for industrial machines

 Develop PCB layouts, schematics, and BOMs

 Work on high-speed signal processing systems, sensors, and imaging hardware

 Collaborate with firmware and software teams for system integration

 Perform hardware testing, validation, and troubleshooting

 Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality benchmarks

 Optimize designs for cost, performance, and manufacturability

 Support production and resolve field-level hardware issues

Required Skills & Competencies

 Strong expertise in circuit design (analog & digital)

 Hands-on experience with PCB design tools (Altium / Eagle / KiCad / OrCAD)

 Knowledge of microcontrollers, FPGAs, and embedded systems

 Experience in sensor integration, CCD/CMOS imaging systems (preferred)

 Understanding of power electronics and industrial hardware systems

 Familiarity with EMI/EMC standards and testing

 Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

 Experience in industrial automation / machine design / color sorting systems

 Exposure to AI-based hardware systems or vision-based equipment

 Prior experience in manufacturing or product-based companies
