Sr Financial Analyst - India

Position Summary:

This role will have primary responsibility for providing finance support to our FPA Partners, including budgeting and forecasting of operating expense and capital expenditures. This includes reporting, first level analysis and process improvements. Additionally, this position requires strong technical, analytical and communication skills, along with a willingness to partner closely and collaborate cross-functionally across the organization.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with business units.
• Analyse variances and trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts for Opex, Capex, and inventory-related costs.

Automation and Tool Development (Added advantage):

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience specifically in Advanced excel and VBA & Macros
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks and streamline data consolidation processes.
• Design dashboards and reporting solutions that improve visibility and accuracy.
