HEAD OFFICE TRAINING MANAGER

Job Title: HO Training Manager Department:

PMT (Learning & Development)

Location: Delhi

Experience: Minimum 6 years of total pharma experience, with at least 1-2 year of manager experience (Training experience preferred)

Age Bracket: 27- 32 years

Job Purpose:

To strengthen the capability building of field force through structured class room induction, refresher workshops, skill-based interventions, and on-the-job learning, thereby driving performance, people development, and cultural alignment.

Key Competencies & Skills:

•Strong presentation skills

•Sound knowledge of acute & chronic therapies, learning and modern training methodologies

•Comfort with digital tools and e- learning platforms •High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills

•Flexibility to stretch & travel extensively

Key Responsibilities:

•Provide ongoing class room & field training to support field to enhance their communication, customer engagement and execution capabilities.

•Identify training needs through structured assessments, field insights, and business discussions.

•Design and deliver effective training modules tailored for field force development aligned with business priorities and adult learning principles.

•Collaborate with Regional and Zonal Sales Managers to ensure training alignment with field realities and performance expectations.

•Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and impact metrics to ensure ROI on capability-building initiatives.

•Promote the use of digital learning platforms and ensure timely completion of e-learning journeys by team members.

•Act as a cultural ambassador, reinforcing Mankind's values and people practices through all training touchpoints.
