Salesforce Developer

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce.com solutions for multiple instances of
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, security model, role hierarchy, sharing rules
• Advanced skills in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce
• Deep understanding of Salesforce automation tools – Flows (record-triggered, screen, scheduled), validation rules, approval processes
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future) and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps: CI/CD, version control (Git), change sets, unlock packages
• Experience with data migration, deployment strategies, and multi-environment setups
• Excellent communication, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Develop Salesforce.com solutions and integrations with Salesforce-specific technologies, using Apex, asynchronous jobs, Flows, and Admin configurations.
• Monitor and understand the Salesforce.com release cycle, assessing release impacts to the ACS and make recommendations for how Salesforce.com updates should be applied.
• Thoroughly test each release of Salesforce
• Work as a member of a global Agile/SAFe team, demonstrating excellent collaboration and teamwork to meet the objectives of the team and business

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years in building applications and data solutions using Salesforce
• Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), integration, Visualforce pages and asynchronous apex.
• In-depth understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
• Experience in developing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with third-party/external systems.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and design frameworks.
• Strong knowledge in developing integrated solutions within an enterprise-wide environment.
• Strong skills in designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce.com based tools and automations.
• Strong experience with SalesForce Apex
