Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Analyst to review, analyze, and maintain the quality of digital content across various platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, excellent language skills, and the capability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze content for quality, accuracy, relevance, and compliance with company standards.

Conduct content audits and identify areas for improvement.

Ensure content follows editorial guidelines, policies, and quality benchmarks.

Proofread and edit content to maintain high standards.

Monitor content performance and prepare reports based on findings.

Identify content gaps and recommend optimization opportunities.

Research industry trends and audience behavior to improve content effectiveness.

Collaborate with internal teams to maintain content quality and consistency.

Manage content categorization, tagging, and metadata where required.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Content Analysis, Content Moderation, Quality Review, Editorial Operations, or a similar role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CMS platforms.

Basic understanding of SEO and digital content practices.

Ability to work in rotational shifts and a 6-day workweek environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience in content quality assurance or content moderation.

Familiarity with AI-generated content review and fact-checking.

Knowledge of content performance tracking tools.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
