Position - HR Manager for Multi-Speciality Hospital - West Bengal

Description

We are looking an experienced HR Manager for our Multi Speciality Hospital in West Bengal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management, while ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the healthcare facility.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process for various positions within the hospital.
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure a skilled workforce.
• Monitor and report on employee performance and satisfaction, addressing any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the healthcare sector.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related needs and support organizational goals.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 8-15 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India, especially related to healthcare.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
