Utility Maintenance Asst Manager Infrastructure Management Job Description Responsibilities/: Continuous Utility System Governance/: Oversee day/-to/-day operations and carry out preventative and predictive maintenance plans for all plant utility assets, such as water softeners, multi/-stage air compressors, cooling tower loops, and centralized water chillers. Electrical Substation & Backup Maintenance/: Keep an eye on and maintain the plant's electrical distribution network, which includes capacitor banks, HT/LT panels, transformers, and backup diesel generator /(DG/) systems. Centralized Material Feeding Loops/: To guarantee that raw polymers are free of moisture contamination, supervise and maintain centralized vacuum resin conveying systems, material dehumidifier dryers, and silos. Energy Efficiency & Carbon Footprint Optimization/: Monitor daily Specific Energy Consumption /(SEC/) data from utility nodes and use load profile analysis to create power/-saving projects. Breakdown Root/-Cause Elimination/: During unexpected utility outages, oversee emergency engineering troubleshooting teams and apply methodical frameworks to put long/-term solutions in place. EHS & Statutory Compliance Management/: Manage pressure vessel certifications, boiler inspections, pollution control records, and work permit rules to guarantee complete engineering compliance with regional industrial safety requirements. Spare Inventory & Budget Tracking/: Keep an eye on and manage the utility equipment spare parts inventory, recording usage information into computer spreadsheets to oversee yearly maintenance budgets.
