Sr QA Engineer for QC in Industrial Production Job Description/: Responsibilities/: Enforce and improve step/-by/-step product inspection loops throughout multi/-machine molding cells using line/-side quality engineering governance. New Product & Tooling Qualification/: Take the lead in creating and submitting thorough Production Part Approval Process /(PPAP/) documentation packages, such as Control Plans, Process Flow Charts, and First Article Inspection Reports /(FAIR/). Root/-Cause Diagnosis & Customer Returns Management/: Oversee cross/-functional engineering problem/-solving cycles and prompt containment for customer complaints, using strong resolution frameworks to permanently eradicate faults. Advanced Metrology & Gage Management/: Conduct gauge repeatability and reproducibility tests and supervise the programming and use of high/-precision inspection equipment, including digital height gauges, optical profile projectors, and coordinate measuring machines. FMEA & Defect Risk Mitigation/: Track corrective actions directly onto line standard work and dynamically update and manage Process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses based on internal scrap patterns.
