Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves
engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, promoting products or services, and
maintaining excellent customer relationships. If you are an effective communicator with a knack
for sales and customer service, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to/from prospective and existing customers.
- Inform customers about products or services, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls to achieve sales and service goals.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, inquiries, and customer feedback in the database.
- Build strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business targets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred).
- Fresher or Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Telugu, English, Hindi.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
