Altimetrik - Java Engineer - Spring Boot

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Java Engineer with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and SQL. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, and experience in building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Implement efficient solutions by leveraging strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Design principles.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support business and technical requirements.

- Build and maintain event-driven systems using Kafka for real-time data processing and messaging.

- Write optimized SQL queries, design database schemas, and ensure efficient data management and retrieval.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and implementation of best coding practices to ensure application reliability and maintainability.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Core Java

- Excellent understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms

- Solid knowledge of OOP Concepts and Java Collections Framework

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices

- Experience working with Apache Kafka

- Strong SQL and database management skills

- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
