Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant with 7+ years of overall SAP consulting experience and strong expertise in SAP Fieldglass implementations, configurations, integrations, support, and testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement (SOW-Based Services), Profile Worker Management, Custom Reporting, and integration of SAP Fieldglass with SAP and non-SAP applications.

The candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Fieldglass solutions to support external workforce and services procurement processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in SAP Fieldglass implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

- Configure and manage SAP Fieldglass modules, including :

1. Contingent Workforce Management

2. Services Procurement (Statement of Work SOW)

3. Profile Worker Management

4. Custom Reporting

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Fieldglass solutions.

- Configure and maintain master data, business rules, workflows, and reporting structures.

- Develop and support custom reports and dashboards to meet business reporting requirements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize workforce procurement processes.

- Support end-to-end testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation.

- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions to support business operations.

- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.

- Participate in project planning, workshops, design sessions, and deployment activities.

SAP Fieldglass Functional Expertise :

Contingent Workforce Management :

- Configure and support contingent labor procurement processes.

- Manage job postings, supplier engagement, worker onboarding, timesheets, and offboarding processes.

- Configure approval workflows and compliance requirements.

Services Procurement (SOW-Based Services) :

- Design and implement Statement of Work (SOW) processes.

- Configure service procurement workflows, milestone management, and deliverable tracking.

- Support resource-based and deliverable-based service engagements.

Profile Worker Management :

- Configure profile worker onboarding and management processes.

- Maintain worker profiles, access management, and compliance tracking.

Reporting & Analytics :

- Design and develop custom reports and dashboards.

- Configure reporting structures and data extraction processes.

- Support business users with reporting and analytics requirements.

Integration Responsibilities :

- Design and support SAP Fieldglass integrations with SAP and non-SAP applications.

- Configure and monitor integration interfaces and connectors.

- Manage data mapping, transformation, and validation processes.

- Support integration troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Integration Experience Required :

- SAP Fieldglass with SAP ECC

- SAP Fieldglass with SAP S/4HANA

- SAP Fieldglass with SAP SuccessFactors

- SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba

- SAP Fieldglass with Coupa

- SAP Fieldglass with other third-party/non-SAP systems

Data & Connector Expertise :

- Master Data Management

- Data Migration and Validation

- Connector Configuration and Monitoring

- Interface Error Handling

- Data Reconciliation and Reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of overall SAP consulting experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation and support projects.

- Expertise in :

4. Custom Reporting

5. Integration Management

- Experience in configuring SAP Fieldglass master data and reporting structures.

- Strong understanding of procurement and external workforce management processes.

- Experience with SAP and non-SAP integration landscapes.

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP Fieldglass Certification is preferred.

- Experience in global workforce management and procurement projects.

- Knowledge of SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, Coupa, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA.

- Exposure to cloud-based procurement and workforce management solutions.

- Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation projects.

Project Methodology :

- Hands-on experience working with :

3. Hybrid Project Delivery Models

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Master's Degree or SAP-related certifications will be an added advantage.
