Senior Accounting Specialist

Position: Senior Accounting Specialist Location: Hyderabad Experience: 8 Years Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounting Specialist to manage accounting operations financial reporting reconciliations and compliance activities. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and experience handling end-to-end accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including AP AR journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
• Monitor cash flow expenses invoices and vendor payments
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Support budgeting forecasting and financial analysis activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with auditors vendors and internal departments
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with Tally QuickBooks Zoho Books or ERP systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce
• CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred
• Experience working with US accounting processes is Preferred.
