With over 27,000+ associates, it’s the largest software development center of Bosch, outside Germany, indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe and the Asia Pacific region. *Job Description* Key Responsibilities : * Conduct competitor product studies and teardown analysis to understand market positioning and design features * *Manufacturing Process Knowledge.* * Perform product and component cost estimation for Greenfield and Brownfield projects (*Sales Price, Design to Cost, negotiation calculations, RPP*) * *Execute technical studies on manufacturing processes, design features, and material specifications* * Predict and document assembly techniques and sequences for product manufacturing * Develop detailed product comparison reports and technical documentation * Engage with*suppliers and vendors to gather cost and capability information* * Apply holistic cost engineering methods and processes to optimize product economics * Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities based on cost analysis * Maintain knowledge of*competitor tracking and market benchmarking trends* * Analyze product cost structures and provide insights for design optimization *Qualifications* *BE in Mechanical / Automotive / Mechatronics Engineering* *Additional Information* *6 to 8 years*
