AI Quality Assurance Specialist

Quality Assurance Tester Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented quality assurance tester to join our team. As a full-time remote role, you'll be responsible for executing comprehensive test cases across web and mobile interfaces, ensuring the quality and functionality of our AI-driven SaaS applications.

Your day-to-day tasks will include :

• Executing test cases to verify features work as expected
• Documenting and tracking defects with clear descriptions and supporting screenshots or videos
• Discovering edge cases and potential issues that scripted tests might miss
• Validating new features and ensuring they meet requirements before release
• Ensuring new changes don't break existing functionality
• Providing feedback on usability and user experience

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, clear communication skills, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, organization and technical aptitude, and reliability and adaptability.
