Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Counter Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining product displays. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist them in selecting products based on their needs.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain product displays and inventory levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is a plus.
