Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Admissions Advisor based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Admissions Advisor will guide and support prospective students in making informed decisions regarding higher education programs, provide tailored advice based on individual aspirations, and assist in navigating the admissions process. Daily responsibilities include student recruitment, relationship building, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to align admission strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with students and their families.
• Experience in Student Recruiting and providing Training to candidates.
• Proven Sales experience, particularly in education or a related field, with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
• Proficiency in relationship management and the ability to develop trust-based connections with students and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of elite university admissions processes is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in any field; studies in education, business, or a related discipline are an advantage.
