Job Summary:
Senior Associate will handle quality check process from all HRO process perspective across all entities.

Key Responsibilities:
Establishing an on-going process to maintain quality data and defining quality audit processes.
Identifying and leveraging opportunities to improve the quality management processes systems and standards.
Working closely with internal business units to resolve any quality issues.
Recommending modifications and changes if any to the process.
Willingness to acquire knowledge on new technologies to solve quality problems.
Able to work independently self-directed and solutions-oriented.
Sound organizational and planning skills with a solid attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Relationships:
Reports to: SAN
Supervises: N/A
External Relationships: HR service providers as appropriate

Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Work Experience: 6-12 months of relevant experience
Preferred Relevant experience in HR related activities
