Sales Trainer

Job Description:

• Design and deliver sales training programs for new hires and existing employees.

• Conduct onboarding training refresher programs and advanced sales skill workshops.

• Develop training content including sales playbooks presentations e- learning modules and role-play exercises.

• Assess training needs through performance data feedback and sales metrics.

• Track and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs assessments and field observations.

• Coach and mentor sales team members to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.

• Partner with sales leaders to align training programs with business goals and targets.

• Provide training on product knowledge CRM tools negotiation techniques and customer handling.

• Support new product launches with targeted training initiatives.

• Maintain training records reports and documentation.

• Stay updated on industry trends and modern sales techniques.
