Quantitative Trader

We are a quantitative trading firm focused on crypto and the indian stock markets. Our team has been working together since 2018 to identify factors that generate alpha. A small remote-first organization, we have developed a properietary library of trading algorithms which manage risk and generate good returns for our clients primarily consisting of family offices and HNIs.

Role Description

This is a full-time Quantitative Trader role operating in a remote-first model.

As a Quantitative Trader, you will design and implement advanced trading strategies, engage in market-making activities, and utilize data to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing trading systems and conducting in-depth quantitative analysis to identify opportunities for improving trading performance and owning the PnL for a portion of our clients.

For the right candidates, remuneration/salary will not be an issue.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Making and Trading Strategies
• 5+ years Experience with Quantitative Investing and Trading methods
• Strong skills in Quantitative Analytics
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or C++ is preferred
• Understanding of financial markets and trading systems
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
