Job Summary

Ethera Diamonds is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to engage with prospective and existing customers generate qualified leads schedule appointments and support the sales team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Generate leads and schedule appointments for store visits and consultations.

• Explain products offers and services professionally to customers.

• Follow up with customer enquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer conversion.

• Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.

• Achieve daily weekly and monthly calling and appointment targets.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in telecalling telesales customer support or lead generation.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

• Strong persuasion negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

• Customer-centric mindset with excellent follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office applications.

• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
