Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on Service Portal development. The ideal candidate will design develop and customize responsive portals widgets and user interfaces on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• 08Years of ServiceNow Portal Development experience.
• Design and develop custom ServiceNow Service Portal solutions including pages widgets and themes.
• Customize and enhance core modules Knowledge Management and Employee Service Center using ServiceNow best practices.
• Create and maintain scripts (Client Scripts Business Rules Script Includes).
• Integrate external APIs and third-party tools with ServiceNow portals.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure quality delivery.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles and provide status updates.
• Document technical specifications and solutions.
  

Required Skills :

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development specifically in Service Portal.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 AngularJS Bootstrap and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience building custom widgets and portal components using the ServiceNow best practices.
• Familiarity with Glide scripting Server-side scripting and Asynchronous JavaScript (AJAX).
• Understanding of Knowledge Management and Employee Center processes and modules within ServiceNow.
• Excellent problem-solving communication and documentation skills.
