Job Description:
Training Delivery & Facilitation
Conduct classroom virtual and on-the-job training programs for store employees supervisors and managers.
Deliver induction and onboarding programs for new hires.
Facilitate training on product knowledge customer service sales techniques store operations and leadership skills.
Ensure consistent implementation of training standards across locations.
Learning & Development
Identify skill gaps through store visits audits performance reviews and stakeholder feedback.
Design and update training content learning modules facilitator guides and assessments.
Develop engaging learning interventions aligned with business objectives.
Support digital learning initiatives and learning management systems (LMS).
Store Capability Building
Coach store teams on sales conversion customer engagement visual merchandising and operational excellence.
Conduct refresher training programs to improve store performance.
Partner with regional and store leadership teams to drive learning effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring
Measure training effectiveness through assessments feedback and business performance metrics.
Track training completion attendance and learning outcomes.
Prepare training reports and share insights with stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with HR Operations Category and Regional Teams to align learning initiatives with business needs.
Act as a learning partner to store leadership teams across regions
