Job Title : Principle Data Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design development and implementation of enterprise-scale data engineering solutions and data platforms.
  
• Build and optimize scalable ETL pipelines data warehouses and analytics solutions.
  
• Drive adoption of GenAI AI/ML and automation technologies for data processing reporting and business insights.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define data strategies and technical solutions.
  
• Provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to data engineering teams.
  
• Ensure data quality governance security and compliance across the data lifecycle.
  
• Implement modern SDLC practices CI/CD pipelines automated testing and agile delivery methodologies.
  
• Manage stakeholder communication project execution and risk mitigation activities.
  
• Drive continuous improvement innovation and best practices in data engineering and analytics.
  
• Support enterprise reporting financial analytics and regulatory data requirements.

Requisites

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
  
• Strong expertise in Python SQL Data Modeling ETL Development and Data Warehousing.
  
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and modern data engineering tools.
  
• Strong understanding of finance investment banking financial reporting and analytics domains.
  
• Hands-on experience with GenAI LLMs AI-powered automation and data engineering solutions.
  
• Experience building scalable data pipelines enterprise analytics platforms and reporting systems.
  
• Knowledge of SDLC CI/CD Agile methodologies automated testing and DevOps practices.
  
• Experience with data governance security compliance and data quality frameworks.
  
• Strong leadership stakeholder management problem-solving and communication skills.
  
• Familiarity with Power BI Apache Airflow OLAP tools Shell Scripting and workflow automation is an advantage.
