*Job Summary*

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Designer & Costing Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for HVAC system design preparation of shop drawings BOQ estimation costing and coordination with project execution teams. The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC engineering principles AutoCAD drafting quantity estimation and project documentation.

*Qualification*
Diploma / in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
Relevant certifications in HVAC Design or AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

*Experience*
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in HVAC Design Costing and Project Coordination.

*Key Responsibilities*
Prepare HVAC design drawings layouts schematics and detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop BOQs quantity take-offs and project cost estimates based on drawings and specifications.
Perform HVAC system sizing equipment selection and load calculations.
Prepare technical proposals tender documents and estimation reports.
Coordinate with clients consultants architects and project teams for design approvals and execution requirements.
Review project specifications and ensure compliance with applicable standards and codes.
Provide technical support to procurement and execution teams during project implementation.
Monitor design changes and update drawings BOQs and costing documents accordingly.
Assist in project planning budgeting and resource estimation.
Support site teams in resolving design-related issues and technical queries.

*Project Experience Required*
Candidates should have hands-on experience in HVAC design and costing for projects such as:

*Preferred Candidate Profile*
Strong understanding of HVAC systems estimation and project documentation.
Ability to independently prepare designs BOQs and costing reports.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting project deadlines.
