Key Deliverables:

• Ensure timely rectification of Optical Fiber Cable cuts and closure of field trouble tickets.
• Lead Acceptance Testing and compliance audits for FTTX and transport networks across Mumbai.
• Oversee Transmission Network planning including Metro Core, FTTN, FTTB, and FTTH.
• Minimize MTTR by coordinating with NOC and maintenance teams for resolution of technical faults.
• Control Capex and Opex expenditures related to wireline network deployment and maintenance.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage OFC rearrangement and survey coordination for new project execution.
• Lead field teams (FRT and Engineers) and monitor vendor manpower and resource deployment.
• Coordinate with customers, government bodies, and internal teams for site access and event planning.
• Drive safety training programs and conduct audits on safety, vehicle usage, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to Code of Conduct through surprise audits, claim checks, and awareness sessions.
