Job description
  • Support grassroots efforts aimed at empowering women through skill development, training, or capacity-building programs.
  • Engage in field visits to rural or semi-urban areas to assist in project implementation.
  • Help conduct workshops or awareness sessions on rights, education, health, and entrepreneurship.
  • Collaborate with local communities and women's groups to promote self-reliance and leadership.
  • Assist with documentation, logistics, and reporting tasks during the project period.
  • Work alongside Dhwani Foundation staff and partner NGOs to ensure the impact and sustainability of interventions.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Passionate about gender equality and social justice.
  • Willing to travel and work in varied field conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse community members.
  • Prior experience in community service or social projects is an added advantage.
